steping in to greatness
well it seems that the flames can only win ever other game of theres but the did seem to go to a double over time last week.... and college football was a bast last week with the BSC ranks on a bit of a miss hap i think, well after this week and the end of the games i see i was right to think that one
well now down to my reads more important things that they like to read the NFL ...i set down last night on monday and watched and did my resoure for this week as i watched the monday night count down along with a lot of other sports shows ......and here is what they gave me......steve smith my be the MVP of the year if the panthers can make it the Super bowl, total access's hosts picks for the super bowl after 8 weeks atl. vs NE , and colts vs. panthers.....well i tend to dissagree with them a little bit in there teams do not get me wrong i think all these teams havea chance to do it ...but here are my picks the colts vs. seahawks even thought i would love to see the giants there i just do not see it these year but i am still routing for them to and ta super bowl full of mannings .....
a good fact to look at is that the last time the colts went 4-0 in october the made the super bowl and will rich gannon coem out of retairment to help out the vikinanges in their stuggling season.......
now for a look back at last weeks game
oak 34 tenn 25: browns 16 texans 19 ( sorry andrew ): TB 10 SAn fan 15 : phil 21 den 49
NE 21 buff 16 and last but not least NYG 36 Wash 0
now there is only one thing to say about that ass whomping that washington took first time in joe gibbs history in regular season..... and now after 8 week there is now team that has not won a game even thought it took 8 games for the texans at least there is a team they can beat......oak still tring to hang in there with SD and KC and DEnver may be the second hardest divison behind the NFC east this year in the NFL ......whats up with TB losting to SAn fan still thing that can stop the panthers in the NFC south and now for the facts
Sunday’s game marked the 12th time in their 81-year history that the Giants have rushed for at least 250 yards. They are 12-0 in those games.
total defence
and mike ditka and mikeal irvin both thing that the team to beat in the NFC is the NEW YORK GIANTS i think it is about time that my team gets some credit since every one thought it would be the eagles again in the beganing, and then they said the cowboys hmmmm i guess it jsut took a ass whomp to teh skins to show every one

Sunday’s game marked the 12th time in their 81-year history that the Giants have rushed for at least 250 yards. They are 12-0 in those games.
The Giants are averaging 4.8 yards per carry. If they can maintain that average through the end of the season, they will set a team record.
The Giants are fourth in the NFL this season in average yards-per-carry, behind Atlanta (5.44), Denver (5.29) and Seattle (5.18).
• The Giants’ record since 1976, the year Giants Stadium opened, is 229-229-2
So, we had the responsibility of preparing for a very good football team in the Redskins and yet we were surrounded and deeply affected by the loss of Mr. Mara. Don’t forget it’s an ongoing thing with Mr. (Bob) Tisch’s health, too, and that’s on our mind.”
Tisch, the Giants’ co-owner, is fighting brain cancer.
